This headline is based on a finding that the enthusiasm of McCain supporters has deteriorated.

The interesting part of the AP article? Well – they forget to mention the finding from their multiple page poll that actually gives the general election results. You’re hearing me correctly. The AP decided to completely omit the 2% finding altogether and instead focus on the bad news for McCain. Literally no mention WHATSOEVER of the fact that this race is a statistical dead heat.

Stunning? Yeah.
